Lunar New Year - Collective Offering to the Majestic Main Altar

Introduction to the Main Altar:
🔸On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, the monastery will officially inaugurate and set up a grand and majestic Main Altar, where offerings will be made to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. We sincerely invite everyone to join in this collective offering, contributing to this auspicious event!
🔸Offering exquisite items to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas brings blessings of wealth and nobility, abundant resources, and rebirth in celestial and human realms with complete and perfect enjoyments. As stated in the Samantabhadra's Vows of Practice: "With the finest and most wondrous flowers, garlands, music, perfumes, parasols, and canopies, I offer to all Buddhas. With supreme clothing, incense, powdered and burning fragrances, and lamps, all as vast as Mount Meru, I offer to the Tathagatas."

👉Offering Precious Jewels and Gems: Brings rebirth in noble, virtuous, and wealthy families, abundant material and spiritual wealth.
👉Offering Pagodas: Ensures majestic and serene residences, and peace and prosperity for the nation.
👉Offering Crystal Lotus Flowers: Represents purity and light, free from defilements and afflictions.
👉Offering Incense and Simple Meals: Accumulates vast blessings, bringing abundance and fulfillment in food and clothing.
👉Offering Incense and Flowers: Brings clarity, purity, and auspicious beauty.
👉Offering Fresh Fruits: Brings peace, joy, and swift attainment of Buddhahood.
👉Offering Scented Water with Flowers: Symbolizes the purification of the heart and mind, bringing inner tranquility and purity.
👉Offering Eight Auspicious Symbols: Increases blessings and wisdom, bringing happiness and peace.

The donor contributes to the following merits:
🔸Support monastery construction to ensure the Dharma stay for a long time and spreads widely.
🔸The monastery will meticulously prepare the Majestic Altar, offering precious gems, pagodas, crystal lotus flowers, vegetarian offerings, incense, flowers, fresh fruits, fragrant flower water, the Seven Precious Items, and the Eight Auspicious Symbols. Donors will collectively participate in the altar offerings, creating vast merit and bringing joy to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, accumulating immense blessings and bringing down great auspiciousness.

🔸The monastery will set up a "Collective Offering to the Majestic Main Altar" tablet for the donor, placing it in front of the Buddha for blessings and empowerment.
🔸A light will be offered for one day, praying for the Buddha’s blessings and continuous protection by the Three Jewels.
🔸Through the special merit of the offering and the puja, the following dedication will be made to the donor: "May your family enjoy peace, prosperity, and good health, free from sickness, obstacles, and afflictions. May you live a long life, increase in blessings, and be reborn in the heavenly realms or among humans, experiencing wealth, honor, and abundant provisions. Your form will be dignified and pleasing to all beings. May you encounter the complete and perfect Dharma, guided by great faith, wisdom, and merit, and receive the teachings of virtuous masters, ensuring success in your spiritual practice.
